9-Qt. Stovetop Fryer

This uniquely designed stovetop fryer makes frying easier and the results delicious and crispy. Features a hinged tempered glass lid that lifts open to simplify frying foods. Removable thermometer helps you fry at the correct temperature for less oil absorption and more great taste. Lid secures to fryer with a locking mechanism and holds a removable stainless steel draining rack to drain excess oil from cooked food back into the fryer, eliminating the time, mess, and added expense of draining on paper towels. Ergonomic, riveted handles provide comfort when moving the cookware and spouted rim makes transferring oil after frying simple (remove lid first). Encapsulated construction with a single layer of 18/10 stainless steel in the cookware body provides corrosion resistance, and a 5mm aluminum disc encased in a magnetic stainless steel base allows for even heat distribution and prevents hot spots.
