6-Qt. Square Fryer

This square fryer makes frying batches of smaller foods like French fries, shrimp, and chicken nuggets easier. Crafted with a wide, square shape, it includes a stainless steel frying basket that makes adding and removing foods easy while limiting splashing and splatter. The frying basket also hooks securely onto the rim of the pan to drain excess oil from cooked food back into the fryer, eliminating the time, mess, and added expense of draining on paper towels. Long handle on fryer basket features non-slip silicone for a comfortable grip. Removable thermometer helps you fry at the correct temperature for less oil absorption and deliciously crispy results. Features ergonomic, riveted handles, a vented tempered glass lid cut with our exclusive design and rimmed in a wide band of stainless steel, plus a spouted rim for transferring oil after frying. Interior measurement guides make it simple to measure oil without the need for extra tools. Encapsulated construction with a single layer of 18/10 stainless steel in the cookware body provides corrosion resistance, and a 5mm aluminum disc encased in a magnetic stainless steel base allows for even heat distribution and prevents hot spots.
